About the FFXIV Job Wordle
The Job mode is a free daily guessing game for Final Fantasy XIV players. Every day a new Job is chosen at random. Type any Job name and the grid reveals which attributes match: starting City (Limsa, Gridania or Ul'dah), Role (Tank, Healer, Melee DPS, Physical Ranged, Magical Ranged or Limited Job), and the Expansion the job was introduced in — A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, Stormblood, Shadowbringers, Endwalker or Dawntrail.
Green cells mean a perfect match, yellow means partial (for example, same role but different expansion), and gray is wrong. The puzzle resets daily at 00:00 UTC, matching the in-game daily reset. Most players solve it in 3–5 guesses.

- How many guesses do I get? 8 guesses per Job puzzle.
- Which jobs are included? All combat Jobs through the current expansion, including Limited Jobs such as Blue Mage.
- When does it reset? Every day at midnight UTC, the same as the FFXIV daily duty reset.
- Do I need an account? No. Optional Discord login only adds you to the leaderboards.

Who's That NPC is a daily Final Fantasy XIV character guessing game. A new NPC from the realm of Eorzea is picked each day. Type a character name and the grid compares Gender, Race (Hyur, Elezen, Lalafell, Miqo'te, Roegadyn, Au Ra, Hrothgar or Viera), Affiliation (Scions, Garlean Empire, Ascians, Eorzean Alliance and more), Job, Role and Expansion the character was introduced in.
The NPC roster covers Main Scenario Quest characters from A Realm Reborn through Dawntrail, plus iconic side-quest and Trial figures. Green = exact match, yellow = same category (e.g. same affiliation but different race), gray = no match.

- Are there MSQ spoilers? Only character names and visible traits — no plot details. Still, late-game NPCs may be spoilers in themselves.

Each day a Primal or Trial boss is selected and progressive lore clues are revealed one by one — element, race or origin, the expansion in which the Trial was added, and signature mechanics. You have 6 guesses to identify the boss.
Bosses span the entire FFXIV catalogue: classic Primals like Ifrit, Garuda, Titan, Leviathan, Ramuh, Shiva, Bahamut, the Warring Triad, Heavensward Trials, the Four Lords, Ruby/Emerald/Diamond Weapon, Endwalker Endsingers and the Dawntrail line-up. You have 6 guesses to name the ability.
The pool includes abilities from every combat Job — Paladin, Warrior, Dark Knight, Gunbreaker, White Mage, Scholar, Astrologian, Sage, Monk, Dragoon, Ninja, Samurai, Reaper, Viper, Bard, Machinist, Dancer, Black Mage, Summoner, Red Mage, Pictomancer and Blue Mage. Both raid-defining cooldowns and niche abilities can show up.

The Pixel mode is a visual guessing game for Final Fantasy XIV Job icons. A heavily pixelated Job icon appears, and the resolution doubles with each wrong guess until the icon is fully visible. You have 6 guesses to identify the Job from its silhouette, colour palette and crystal motif.
Every combat Job through the current expansion is eligible — Tanks, Healers, Melee DPS, Physical Ranged, Magical Ranged and Limited Jobs. Pro tip: focus on the dominant colour first — red usually means Red Mage or Samurai, purple suggests Black Mage or Reaper, white usually points to White Mage or Pictomancer.
